Do you offer colouring or chemical treatments?
No, I’m a cut-and-care only salon. This allows me to focus on restorative treatments, scalp wellness, and mindful self-care using clean, non-toxic products.
What products do you use?
I use Innersense Organic Beauty, a clean, cruelty-free, scalp-safe range free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and harsh chemicals. Every product is chosen with health-conscious guests in mind.
Can I bring anyone with me?
To keep a calm, retreat-like atmosphere, I welcome one guest at a time. This ensures your appointment is a peaceful, focused moment just for you.
Arrival & Parking
What do I do when I arrive?
Please park on the drive and wait in your car until I come to greet you. This allows me to give my full attention to the guest before you, and then welcome you into your appointment with care. There’s a separate entrance down the side of the house, which I’ll guide you through when it’s time for your visit.
Can I park easily?
Yes, parking is available on the drive.
Is there a toilet?
Yes, there is a private toilet in the garden studio.

Your visit begins with a restorative massage (longer than most salons), followed by a precision haircut and natural blow-dry. You’ll have time to pause, breathe, and fully enjoy the experience in my quiet garden retreat.

Yes, I offer a curated menu of treatments, which you can view on my website and directly through the booking system.
Can I book a cut and blow - dry without a massage?
Yes, please request this option when booking using the contact button.
Do you offer add-on treatments?
Yes, I offer add-ons like Balance, a restorative mini treatment designed to calm, refresh, and restore.
Do you have quiet-chair options?
Yes. if you’d like a peaceful, silent appointment, simply request a quiet-chair experience when booking.
Booking, Payments & Policies
How do I book?
Simply select the Book The Edit button and choose your preferred treatment.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept card, bank transfer, and cash.
Do you require a deposit or have a cancellation policy?
Yes, a small deposit is required when booking to secure your appointment. As a small business owner, this helps me manage my schedule and dedicate my full attention to each guest. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or no-shows.
Why do you have this policy?
As a one-guest-at-a-time, retreat-style salon run personally by me, every booking is dedicated entirely to the guest scheduled. This ensures fairness and allows me to provide the focused, mindful experience each guest deserves.
